Zhongyao Wang, born in Harbin in 1996, she graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor's degree in 2019, and have won the Academy Award of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. Since her graduation, she has been working as an assistant to the artist Xu Bing. At present, she lives and works in Beijing.

Zhongyao Wang's works are often inspired by social scenes, and she has gradually shifted from focusing on a wide range of social issues to paying more attention to the silent things around her that are not easily noticed. Her works often construct a community where fantasy and reality coexist peacefully, putting the viewer in the contradiction space between the true and the false, and using three-dimensional animation, photography, as well as various static materials and archives, to create a more poetic and lyrical artistic style between novels and fables.

1996年出生于哈尔滨，2019年毕业于天津美术学院，取得学士学位，并获得天津美术学院学院奖。自毕业前至今，她一直在担任艺术家徐冰的助手，目前生活与工作在北京。

王钟垚的作品灵感常常来源于社会现场，并且逐渐从关注广泛的社会问题转而更加关注身边不易被人察觉的静默之物。她的作品常常构建出一个幻想与真实和平相处的共同体，将观者至于真与假的矛盾空间中，利用三维动画、摄影，以及各种静止的材料和档案资料，创造出一种介于小说、寓言且形式更加诗意和抒情的艺术风格。
